Terms & Conditions
By placing a reservation with 303 Car Service LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions and authorize 303 Car Service LLC to charge your credit card for all charges related to your reservation. This includes, but is not limited to, reservation charges, no-show fees, cleaning fees, vehicle damage, and applicable surcharges. Service is deemed rendered once the cancellation period has passed, whether or not you enter the vehicle. 303 Car Service LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Airport Arrival Service – Wait Time / No-Show Policy
For airport arrival reservations, passengers will be considered a no-show if not met within:
- 45 minutes of the flight’s actual arrival time for domestic flights
- 60 minutes for international arrivals requiring customs clearance
If you do not meet your driver or contact 303 Car Service LLC within this time, the full reservation amount will be charged. To avoid a no-show charge, do not leave the pickup location without contacting your driver or 303 Car Service LLC at 303-515-7010.
Airport Arrival Time Updates
Flight arrival times are monitored when a correct flight number is provided. However, updates are only as reliable as the information supplied by the airline or passenger. 303 Car Service LLC is not responsible for inaccurate or delayed flight data.
Late-Night Flight Delay Fee
Any flight delayed past 11:00 PM, for any reason (including weather, airline delays, or air traffic control), may incur an additional late-night delay fee of $50–$100. The exact fee is determined based on the length of the delay and the drop-off location.
Additional Stops
Additional stops requested during airport service will be charged $15 per stop, plus additional mileage. Stops are limited to 15 minutes. Any additional wait time will be charged at $2 per minute.
Deposits & Payment
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full quoted rate.
Exception: This fee will be waived if your flight is cancelled by the airline.
Change Policy
All changes must be made directly through 303 Car Service LLC by phone at 303-515-7010 or by email at [email protected]. Please do not request changes through your driver.
Point-to-Point Service
A 15-minute grace period is provided at pickup. After this period, wait time will be charged at $2 per minute, plus 20% gratuity.
Rate Adjustments
All rates are subject to audit after service completion. Audits may include tolls, parking fees, additional stops, fuel surcharges, and actual service time used. Posted minimum hours represent the minimum booking time, not the final billable amount.
Surcharges
Clients are responsible for all out-of-pocket charges, including tolls, parking, airport fees, and luggage carts.
An early-morning or late-night surcharge of $15–$100 applies between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM, based on pickup time and location.
Pet Policy
A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies per trip and must be disclosed at booking. All pets must be transported in an appropriate crate or carrier. Service animals are exempt from the pet fee and carrier requirement but must remain under the handler’s control at all times.
Termination of Service
303 Car Service LLC reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if the renter or any member of their party:
- Poses a safety risk to the driver or vehicle
- Causes or threatens damage
- Is found in possession of illegal materials or substances
In such cases, service will be charged in full, and passengers may be returned to the original pickup location or dropped at a safe location at the company’s discretion.
Acts Beyond Our Control
303 Car Service LLC is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, accidents, road closures, weather conditions, or flight delays.
Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees
The paying party is responsible for all damage and cleaning costs, including but not limited to:
- Vomit/Sickness: $300 per incident
- Burns: $500 per incident
- Upholstery Tears: $500–$1,000 per incident
- Door damage to other vehicles or objects
Actual repair costs and vehicle downtime may be billed.
Lost or Damaged Items: 303 Car Service LLC is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. A delivery fee may apply if lost items are recovered and returned.
Alcohol Policy – Minors
Alcohol is strictly prohibited in any vehicle when all passengers are under 21 years of age, even with parental consent. No exceptions. If alcohol is found, service may be terminated immediately without refund, and minors may be returned to the pickup location or released to parents at a safe location.
